Below are the answers to some questions which we hope will help you navigate around the bloody and gruesome world that is Box of Horrors!

So what is a “Box of Horrors”?

Simply put – we offer a monthly subscription box which includes 5 – 7 geeky collectables, delivered to your door. Spending time to make sure we are really proud of the box that arrives, we hope that you will love all the items as much as we do! We source the leading brands but, also, representing the amazing indie horror out there.

How does my subscription work?

We are different! We believe passionately in fairness and choice! We NEVER ever auto renew anybody’s subscription, instead we invite our subscribers to re-subscribe each month by way of an invoice which is easily paid via PayPal (or with your credit card), so if you don’t wish to subscribe that month, you simply don’t pay the invoice. We won’t hound you for payment (we will remind you twice), and will continue to send you invites until you tell us you don’t want to hear from us anymore.

When does my box leave your dungeon each month?

Boxes are shipped out between the and of each month.

Where Do You Ship?

Anywhere – everywhere! Our current prices for shipping reflect exactly what it costs us – we are committed to making no profits from shipping and handling costs – therefore as we grow, and are able to achieve better rates we will pass them onto you – our subscribers. If you are in the USA and would like to subscribe – get in touch with us first, that way we can invoice you for the best possible shipping price we can obtain.

Can I Buy a Gift Subscription?

Yes you can, and may we say what a brilliant gift a Box of Horrors subscription is! One that keeps giving long after the event is over! Simply sign up as usual, but include the name and address of the lucky recipient in the delivery address section, then drop us an email at info@boxofhorrors.com and we will make sure it gets out right!

Can I skip a month?

Yes -we are different! We hope you won’t, but won’t hold a grudge! Cancelling is incredibly easy, just drop us an email at info@boxofhorrors.com telling us you no longer wish to receive invites to subscribe and we will leave you be! Excellent, Friendly and speedy customer service is our goal! The box may be full of horror, but we hope you experience with us will be anything but!
